1) Refund and Exchange Policy:

Steps of refund or Exchange items:

1- Take a photo of the product and the packaging immediately + video + photo of Invoice

2-Exchange policy:

A)   In case you received a wrong item.  

B)   In case you want to exchange some items, please note that the customer will be responsible for any price difference and the applicable shipping fees."

C)   Is there a quality Issue “Ex: Not fresh.”

 

Payment:

  Exchange:

Quality issue, send wrong item “Cash” = will exchange + without paying new shipping fee.

Prepaid: will send over your account + Exchange invoice

 

Exchange based on your choice:

You will be responsible for any price difference and the applicable shipping fees.

Refund:

Quality, wrong Item Issue from Our end:

Cash-: Will Give you in a cash + “Full Amount.” Included shipping fee.

Paid: Will send you over your account. Included shipping fee.

Based on your choice:

We will take your order and deduct the shipping fee either you paid “Cash or prepaid.”
